This machine has the capacity of pressing 1000 kg/h to 2000 kg/h of freshly boiled palm fruits. Efficiency rate is more than 95%   leaving less than 4% residual oil. The machine can serve dual purpose. Thus, it can work at many different places, serving many clients when fixed on a truck or built in a motor tricycle to serve many customers or communities.
Second, it can be placed   at production center permanently as industrial machinery. The machine has accessories that can be replaced anytime the parts wear out completely or partially  such as Auger (pressing worm shaft) system, Main Hub, Sieve bucket, Conical shield, Press Spring   Balance, Control Unit and Bolts and nuts.

Our machines don't require more than one operator, so it saves cost for the customer. It can use both Electric motor and or water-cooled diesel engine. It has high torque that enables almost every bit of oil in the fruit come out to make the buyer stand greater chances of gaining more profits.

Kinds of Palm Oil
 Palm oil has 2 main differences being; red oil and white oil or light yellow oil.
The red oil is gotten from pressing palm pulp surrounding the inner kernel.
As shown in the picture PF1 below;

This non-fat red oil is mostly used as vegetable cooking oil, good for human consumption (edible oil) as a result of its less or no cholesterol level. The palm crude oil is also used in soap making etc.  S.O.P. series are used for pressing the red palm oil at an extra-ordinarily fast and efficient way. In effect, the capacity is higher than as stated in this document. Also the design is made in such a way as to fulfill the requirements of every customer pertaining to their required capacity. Thickness of auger could also be subsequently adjusted per customer demand etc. The press system coaxes counter-rotating screws (well-arranged auger worm) that turn horizontally in a perforated cage. The discharge end is fitted with a back-pressure cone regulated by a strong spiral spring balance. As the cooked palm fruit is fed into the expeller, it is pushed forward by the spiral flights (worms) against the back-pressure of the end cone which is backed by the spiral worm spring and adjustable bolts and nuts units. The oil is forced out through the perforated sides of the cage into the outlet section. The remaining fibre and nut are released at the end of the cage through the gap between the end cone and cage body. If inflow of boiled fruits can be well regulated by the machine controller, the machine can work independently without paying any attention to the evenness of the residual result. Thus, rate of residual oil content will remain same on the average.
 
The white palm kernel oil is gotten from pressing nuts inside of kernel,
 using as industrial oil and in perfumeries, grease and often used for deep frying of many food substances. More information could be obtained from many research fields.

Grown only in the tropics, the oil palm tree produces high-quality oil used primarily for cooking in developing countries. It is also used in food products, detergents, cosmetics and, to a small extent, bio-fuel. Palm oil is a small ingredient in the U.S. diet, but more than half of all packaged products Americans consume contain palm oil. It's found in lipstick, soaps, detergents and even ice cream and milk or yogurt.
 
Palm oil is a very productive crop. It offers a far greater yield at a lower cost of production than other vegetable oils. Global production of and demand for palm oil is increasing rapidly. Plantations are spreading across Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Reasons for rapid growth rate of Oil Palm Plantations in the tropics.
  Palm oil is produced from the fruit of the oil palm Elaeis Guinensis which is found in Africa, South East Asia and Latin America. Although humans have eaten the oil palm for over 5000 years commercial planting and cultivation did not begin until the mid-1990's in Malaysia.

Palm oil is extracted and refined through pressing and crushing rather than through using chemical solvents such as hexane. Palm oil can be further refined into palm olein (liquid) and palm stearine (solid). Palm olein is used as a frying oil because it is very stable to heat, whilst palm stearine is used in biscuits and cakes and in non-hydrogenated margarine. Palm stearine is also used to stop peanut butter from separating. Palm oil resists oxidation and rancidity, which means products made using palm oil have extended shelf lives.
